ALBANY — The College of Saint Rose has recognized three area students for outstanding academic performance during the college’s 2021 Honors Convocation.
Each of the College’s four schools held a convocation ceremony.
The three local students recognized include:
John Brouillette, of Waterville, a music major, received the Academic Achievement Class of 2022 Award from the college’s School of Arts and Humanities. This award recognizes outstanding students from undergraduate classes who have achieved the highest cumulative grade point average (GPA) in their respective classes;
Aimee Hurlbut, of Rome, was honored during the spring 2021 Honors Convocation for the School of Mathematics and Sciences at The College of Saint Rose recently. Hurlbut, who is majoring in social work, received the Academic Achievement Class of 2023 Award, which recognizes outstanding students from undergraduate classes who have achieved the highest cumulative GPA in their respective classes; and
Paige Menneci, of Lee Center, a music major, received the Robert Sheehan Music Scholar Award, which is presented to a sophomore or junior vocal or keyboard music student, who, as determined by the music faculty, has exhibited outstanding dedication to the department and exceptional progress and promise in music, from academic and applied performance perspectives.
