State police report arrests, July 3 to July 6

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests from Oneida, Madison and Herkimer counties:

• Justin P. Cox, 20, of Camden, was charged in Sylvan Beach on July 6 with third-degree menacing, criminal obstruction of breathing and fourth-degree mischief.

• Amy J. Tennant, 44, of Rome, was charged in Rome on July 5 with second-degree contempt.

• Wade A. Berry, 44, of Morrisville, was charged on July 5 in Lee with second-degree contempt.

• Benjamin M. Donze, 36, of Clay, was charged on July 4 in Sylvan Beach with third-degree assault.

• Rex A. Marshall, 63, of Rome, was charged in Rome on July 4 with second-degree contempt.

• Kevin L. Burns, 26, of Prospect, was charged on July 4 in Trenton with driving while ability impaired by drugs and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Curtis L. Medley, 28, of Syracuse, was charged on July 3 in DeRuyter with second-degree trespass and two counts of fourth-degree mischief.

• Elijah J. Wick, 29, of Little Falls, was charged on July 3 in Herkimer with two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a hypodermic instrument.
