Colleen Kain Martin, grand marshal of Utica’s St. Patrick’s Day parade, runs the line striper with the help of George Sabo, a maintenance tech for the City of Utica, as the green center line is painted along Genesee Street for today’s parade. The official color of the line is Kelly Green. Today’s parade begins at 10 a.m. at Oneida Square and will travel northbound along Genesee Street to Columbia Street.
