While they each continue to run their own individual business, they partnered to form Virago together. In addition to the four core members of Virago, they have hired on longtime stylist Valerie Ritenour, a licensed cosmetologist. The owners plan to hire a receptionist, an additional stylist, and will welcome another makeup artist in the future.
