ROME — A 38-year-old man is accused of smashing a television with a hammer during a domestic dispute, according to the Rome Police Department.
Police said Zachary J. Collins, of Rome, was involved in a domestic dispute at a home in the 300 block of Sam Street around 7:40 p.m. Tuesday. Police said Collins smashed the TV screen with a hammer during the dispute.
Collins is charged with one count of fourth-degree mischief, police stated. He is scheduled to appear in Rome City Court.
