PLAINFIELD — The 3-year-old Rome girl killed in the motor vehicle crash in Otsego County has been identified as Amina Estrada, according to the New York State Police.

Troopers said Amber V. Brown, 28, of Rome, was behind the wheel with Edgardo T. Estrada, 42, of Rome, and five Estrada children around 9 p.m. Wednesday when their 2004 Ford Expedition SUV went off the roadway and overturned against an embankment. Troopers said Amina Estrada, age 3, was killed in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The two adults and four surviving children were treated at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, troopers said. No criminal charges have been announced so far.
