Resolutions for trainings before city’s Common Council


Resolutions to authorize training for city employees are up for approval at the next Common Council meeting to be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, via Webex audio stream.

All members of the public who wish to speak during the general public hearing portion of the meeting must register in advance with the City Clerk’s Office using his or her full name, mailing address and telephone number no later than 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Resolutions up for approval include authorizing city Parks and Recreation employees to attend a certified pool operator course conducted by the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance; and authorizing code enforcement employees to attend a New York State Building Officials conference (webinar).

Also on the table will be the authorization of an intermunicipal agreement with the county for roadside mowing to be provided by the city with a $6,968 reimbursement; and authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement to approve PILOT terms and allocate PILOT payments with FFP NY Rome Project 1, LLC.
