Recent state police arrests, June 23 to June 30

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Madison, Herkimer and Oneida counties:

• Joshua M. Koester, 41, of Hobe Sound, Florida, was charged in Vienna on June 30 with third-degree possession of a weapon.

• Erik R. Martin, 43, of Clay, Onondaga County, was charged in Sullivan on June 30 with unlawfully publishing an inmate image.

• Jennifer J. Hoffmeister, 41, of Rome, was charged in Stockbridge on June 29 with first-degree contempt.

• Jesse J. McGinnis, 34, of Rome, was charged in Rome on June 29 with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

• Brent M. Erlenback, 34, of Durhamville, was charged in Verona on June 29 with first-degree contempt.

• Travis D. Metott, 29, of Florence, was charged in Florence on June 27 with fourth-degree mischief.

• Jessica L. Cummings, 42, of Rome, was charged on June 27 in Rome with fourth-degree mischief.

• Irene E. Ladlee, 47, of Brookfield, was charged on June 28 in Brookfield with fourth-degree mischief.

• A 14-year-old and a 13-year-old, both of Utica, were each charged in Deerfield on June 26 with third-degree assault.

• A 12-year-old, of Little Falls, was charged in Danube on June 26 with first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act and promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child.

• James P. Wharram, 35, of Westmoreland, was charged in Vernon on June 26 with fourth-degree mischief.

• Bobbi Jo L. Cookinham, 42, of Herkimer, was charged in German Flatts on June 25 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Edward M. Turley, 44, of New Hartford, was charged in Paris on June 23 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

• Edward N. Thomas, 46, of Oriskany Falls, was charged on June 24 in Oriskany Falls with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.

• Eric Cardinale, 50, of Durhamville, was charged in Verona on June 24 with second-degree unlawful surveillance.

• Sarah A. Cady, 45, of Marcy, was charged in Verona on June 24 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
