SWORN IN — On Monday, Jan. 17, 2022, City of Oneida Deputy City Clerk Andrea Hitchings, left, swore in Dennis Relyea as a deputy chief of the Oneida Fire Department. Relyea has been with the department for 12 years; he previously held the position of lieutenant.
