One injured in Route 28 crash
FORESTPORT — One person was hospitalized after their car went off Route 28 into a utility pole late Wednesday night, according to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.
Sheriff's deputies said Michael R. Beadling, of Remsen, was driving on Route 28 around 11:13 p.m. when they lost control of their 2016 Ford Fusion. Deputies said the vehicle went off the road and hit a utility pole.
Beadling was taken to a Utica hospital for non-life threatening injuries, authorities stated. The crash remains under investigation.
