UTICA — A North Utica Neighborhood Association meeting will take place on Monday, March 27 at 6:30 p.m. at the North Utica Community Center, 50 Riverside Dr.

A representative from the Mohawk Valley Water Authority will be there to speak on issues regarding lead pipes. The meeting is open to the public.
