Multiple drug arrests among recent charges through New York State Police
The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer, Lewis and Madison counties:
• Richard D. Jones, 33, of Utica, was charged in Whitesboro on March 9 with three counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Derek S. Crouse, 47, of Rome, and David J. Brown, 42, of Whitesboro, were both charged in Yorkville on March 9 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Jazmen C. Padgett, 37, of Utica, and Diandre C. Scott, 37, of Utica, were both charged in Yorkville on March 9 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Kelly M. Banas-Merrill, 54, of Holland Patent, was charged in Whitesboro on March 9 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Joshua P. Renno, 65, of Middleville, was charged in Fairfield on March 8 with second-degree trespass.
• Christopher M. Stocklosa, 39, of Blossvale, was charged in Vienna on March 6 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
• Fred L. Posello, 53, of Camden, was charged in Camden on March 6 with fourth-degree mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing.
• Brian A. Ostrander, 36, of Durhamville, was charged on March 5 in Verona with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Melanie Hall, 20, of Utica, was charged in Utica on March 5 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Alexander M. Hinton, 28, of Oneida, was charged in Lenox on March 4 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Brian J. Hartle, 33, of Rome, was charged in Marcy on March 2 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• Michael B. Cvetezar, 42, of Rome, was charged in Floyd on March 4 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, aggravated DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
• Brad A. Wilson, 42, of Mohawk, was charged in Newport on March 3 with two counts each of third-degree grand larceny and second-degree forgery.
• Charles W. Kinney, 71, of Forestport, was charged in Forestport on March 3 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• Frank J. Presky, 56, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Feb. 24 with issuing a bad check.
