Mischief, drug possession among state police arrests

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer and Madison counties:

• Tyler D. Archambault, 31, of Oneida, was charged in Sangerfield on Sept. 2 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Charles E. Guyer, 38, of Newport, was charged on Sept. 1 in Norway with fourth-degree mischief.

• Andrea A. Stratton, 34, of Utica, was charged in Sullivan on Aug. 31 with driving while ability impaired, aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation and endangering the welfare of a child.

• Victor M. Roman, 37, of Gloversville, was charged in Ilion on Aug. 31 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree use of drug paraphernalia and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Cheyenne M. Johnson, 28, of Oneida, was charged on Aug. 31 in Verona with second-degree criminal impersonation.

• Christopher M. Wehrenberg, 35, of Herkimer, was charged in Bridgewater on Aug. 29 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, circumventing an interlock device and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Thomas C. Bettis, 41, of Canastota, was charged on Aug. 28 in Lenox with fourth-degree mischief.

• Kinsey M. Randall, 21, of Dolgeville, was charged on Aug. 27 in Salisbury with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and second-degree vehicular assault.

• Travis C. Henderson, 32, of Cleveland, was charged in Vienna with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.

• Four juveniles, ranging in age from 13 to 15, have been charged in Paris this month with third-degree burglary.

• Kevin L. Burns, 26, of Utica, was charged in Schuyler on Aug. 26 with petty larceny.

• Alicia M. Pugliese, 33, of Rome, was charged in Lee on Aug. 26 with fourth-degree mischief and third-degree tampering.

• A 17-year-old, from Rome, was charged in Rome on Aug. 26 with petty larceny.
