The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer, Madison and Lewis counties:

• Joshua A. Guyer, 35, of Newport, was charged in Frankfort on Feb. 20 with second-degree contempt and aggravated family offense.

• Robert W. Pritchard, 29, of Whitesboro, was charged in Deerfield on Feb. 19 with driving while intoxicated.

• A 12-year-old from Blossvale was charged in Sylvan Beach on Feb. 22 with petty larceny.

• Donald R. Badgley, 47, of Morrisville, was charged in Madison on Feb. 22 with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

• Michael R. Tebo, 35, of Vernon, was charged in Verona on Feb. 22 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Austin J. Meeks, 27, of Oneida, was charged in Oneida on Feb. 21 with possession of a sexual performance by a child.

• Ariel Garcia, 45, of Verona, was charged in Verona on Feb. 22 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Shane M. Phillips, 47, of Eaton, was charged in Eaton on Feb. 19 with one count of second-degree menacing.

• Daniel L. Taylor, 38, of West Edmeston, was charged in Brookfield on Feb. 19 with fourth-degree mischief.

• Daniel P. Monnat, 28, of Croghan, was charged in New Bremen on Feb. 19 with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Aaron W. Suchinski, 33, of Utica, was charged in Deerfield on Feb. 18 with one count each of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Steven W. Porter, 51, of Oneida, was charged in Stockbridge on Feb. 19 with third-degree fleeing a police officer, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and other vehicle and traffic violations.

• John R. Dennis, 53, of Utica, was charged in Marcy on Feb. 17 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Mary E. Kuglics, 34, of Herkimer, was charged in German Flatts on Feb. 17 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

• Jennifer D. Markowski, 45, of Erieville, was charged in Nelson on Feb. 17 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

• Karlene L. Carney, 26, of Earlville, was charged in Lebanon on Feb. 18 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

• Ryan C. Armstrong, 30, of Oneida, was charged in Verona on Feb. 18 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
