Menacing and impaired driving among charges
The Madison County Sheriff's Office has announced the following recent arrests:
• Jay A. Bovee, 31, no address available, was charged in Lincoln on Nov. 8 with second-degree menacing.
• James H.W. Harris, 26, of Manlius, Onondaga County, was charged in Cazenovia on Nov. 9 with one count each of driving while ability impaired, moving from lane unsafely and failure to use designated lane.
• Thomas C. Bettis, 41, no address available, was charged in Lenox on Nov. 13 with fourth-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• Brian A. Golley, 34, of Brewerton, Onondaga County, was charged in Oneida on Nov. 8 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of prison contraband.
• Floyd V. Curtis Jr., 35, homeless, was charged in Oneida on Nov. 8 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of prison contraband.
