Madison County sheriff reports arrests

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office announced the following recent arrests:

• Richard A. Nichols, 78, of Cazenovia, was charged on Aug. 28 in Cazenovia with one count each of third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.

• Christopher B. Knox, 32, of Munnsville, was charged on
Aug. 24 with two counts of third-degree possession of a weapon and one count each of third-degree possession of an assault weapon and illegal discharge of a firearm.

• Jason Reitz, 37, of Fenner, was charged on Aug. 27 in Fenner with one count each of forcible touching, criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

• Molly E. Gebo, 37, of North Brookfield, was charged on
Aug. 23 in North Brookfield with two counts of fourth-degree
mischief.

• Adam C. Williams, 37, of Munnsville, was charged on Aug. 25 in Stockbridge with one count of fourth-degree possession of a weapon.

• Duane A. Parkin, 39, of Cazenovia, was charged on Aug. 29 in Sullivan with one count each of driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, two counts each of aggravated DWI and endangering the welfare of a child, and several vehicle and traffic violations.
