Madison County Sheriff announces charges

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office announced the following recent arrests.

• Leeann S. Carrion, 26, of Rome, was charged on Feb. 15 in Lenox with one count each of third-degree assault and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, along with three counts of fourth-degree mischief.

• Terry E. Lyons, 19, of Canastota, was charged on Feb. 15 in Canastota with one count each of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and obstructed view.

• Marko Mastrangelo, 24, of Macedon, was charged in Clay on Feb. 21 on one count of petty larceny.

• Justin R. Fish, 24, of DeRuyter, was charged on Feb. 21 in DeRuyter with one count of second-degree harassment.

• Joshua A. Wilcox, 51, of Lebanon, was charged on Feb. 18 in Lebanon with one count each of third-degree arson and second-degree menacing.

• Steven W. Mackay, 24, of Munnsville, Brittany Horton, 30, of Oneida, and Adrian K. Johnson, 37, of Oneida, were all charged on Feb. 19 in Oneida with one count each of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Daniel S. Martin Jr., 37, of Syracuse, was charged on Feb. 20 in Wampsville with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
