ROME — The local chapter of the Joe Niekro Foundation Brain Aneurysm Support Group will meet on Monday, March 13, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the social hall at St. John the Baptist Church, 210 E. Dominick St.

The group, which meets on the second Monday of each month, welcomes all individuals affected by brain aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation (AVM), hemorrhagic stroke and traumatic brain injury (TBI) who are in need of support and information.

“Feel free to invite family, friends, and caretakers as they are welcomed as well. ... The social hall is downstairs and is a very nice and spacious room,” the group announcement added. “There is an elevator for those that can’t navigate stairs. We park in the back parking lot and go in that door. There is ample parking.”
