MARTINSBURG — A man is wanted in Lewis County for crashing into the back of a parked All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and then fleeing the scene Sunday morning, according to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff's deputies said the suspect was operating a Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) on Corrigan Hill Road in Martinsburg at about 11:51 a.m. Sunday when his UTV rear-ended a parked ATV on the side of the road. Deputies said the female operator on the ATV was thrown off in the crash.

The man then gave people false information about himself and fled the scene. Anyone with information on the suspect or recognizes him is asked to call the Lewis County Sheriff's Office at 315-376-3511.
