Hamilton College women's tennis ranked 23rd in Division III after strong start
The Hamilton College Continentals are 23rd in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Women's Division III Rankings, which recognizes the top 40 teams.
Hamilton (4-2, 3-2 NESCAC) has won three out of four matches this spring — all against NESCAC competition. The Continentals defeated then-No. 24 Colby College 7-2 on March 4. Hamilton went on to victories at Connecticut College on March 11 and at Trinity College on March 12. The Continentals' only loss this spring was against then-No. 17 Bowdoin College on March 5.
Hamilton plays two non-conference matches in suburban Philadelphia this weekend. The Continentals are at Haverford College on Friday at 4 p.m. and then travel to No. 32 Swarthmore College on Saturday for a noon start.
