WEST LEYDEN — The Rev Theatre, formerly the Merry-Go-Round Theatre, will perform The Golden Goose on Wednesday, Aug. 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the handicapped accessible Town of Lewis Town Park, 4801 Mud Lake Road, presented by Town of Lewis Library.

The performance is based on a fairytale by the Brothers Grimm, and promises to delight the audience with the story of a sticky goose and a kind-hearted boy who made a princess laugh. Audience members should bring lawn chairs and blankets, family and friends, and sit back and enjoy the free performance.

The project is possible with funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the State Council on the Arts, with the support of Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo and the State Legislature, and administered by the St. Lawrence County Arts Council.
