FRANKFORT — A 32-year-old man is accused of stealing gasoline in the Town of Frankfort, according to the Frankfort Police Department.

Police said Lee C. Dow III, of Frankfort, stole gasoline from a station in Frankfort on March 2. He was taken into custody later that day on one count of petty larceny, authorities stated.

Dow is scheduled to appear in Frankfort Town Court.
