YORKVILLE — The team at Fred F. Collis & Sons held their second annual food and clothing drive to give back to local veterans and their families. The company invited employees and customers to join together for the special cause. By the end of the drive, officials say their showroom was overflowing with clothing and non-perishable food donations thanks to everyone’s generosity.

Fred F. Collis & Sons’ employees teamed up to gather all of the donations and transport them to the Central New York Veterans Outreach Center to be distributed in time for the holidays.

“I was so touched by how appreciative everyone at the Veterans Outreach Center was when we went to drop off our donations,” said Ally Priore-Quigley from Fred F. Collis & Sons. “These individuals have done so much for our country and our community and this is just one small way we can show our gratitude.”

Fred F. Collis & Sons is a family owned business that has been serving the Mohawk Valley and Central New York since 1936 with their heating, cooling, insulation, and air quality products and services.
