UTICA — AAA Northeast will be hosting both a car seat check and a CarFit instructional session at their Court Street office on Wednesday. The event is free and open to the public, with registration required.

The CarFit event will run from 10 a.m. to noon at AAA’s office at 430 Court St. in Utica. CarFit is a free, interactive and educational program for senior drivers to teach them how to make their personal vehicle a better fit, in order to increase safety and mobility while behind the wheel.

Also during the event, AAA will be hosting a car seat check with nationally-certified technicians on hand to check your child’s safety seat and instruct you on proper use and installation.
