Police said Edgar Vasquez, 27, of Utica, attacked another man at the bus stop around 4:40 p.m. Thursday, then fled the scene. Responding officers were able to locate Vasquez on Commercial Drive, and he was taken into custody following a brief foot pursuit, police stated.
