Burglary, larceny among recent arrests in Oneida
ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:
• Chad M. Emmons, 34, of Cleveland, was charged on Feb. 23 with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree mischief.
• Christopher D. Bartlett, 37, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Feb. 23 for second-degree harassment.
• Earl E. Egelston Jr., 28, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Feb. 23 for second-degree harassment.
• Frederick F. Wilmer Jr., 46, was issued an appearance ticket on Feb. 22 for trespass.
• Marty J. Winchell, 56, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Feb. 21 for second-degree harassment and trespass.
• Wayne M. Winchell, 45, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Feb. 21 for second-degree harassment.
• A juvenile male, 14, was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Feb. 21 for second-degree harassment.
• Suzanne L. Robles, 58, of Leesburg FL, was issued an appearance ticket on Feb. 19 for petty larceny.
• Nathaniel W. Houck, 26, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Feb. 19 for second-degree harassment.
• Allison M. Angona, 33, of Canastota, was charged on Feb. 19 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.085 or greater and speeding.
• Shawn G. Dieni, 26, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Feb. 17 for petty larceny.
• Donald R. Badgley, 47, of Munnsville, was issued an appearance ticket on Feb. 17 for criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree.
• Brandy M. Howlett, 38, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Feb. 17 for petty larceny.
• William R. Green, 43, of Syracuse, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Feb. 16 for petty larceny.
• A male juvenile, 14, was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Feb. 16 for endangering the welfare of a child.
