Bonded brothers – Trenton & Tieton “TNT”

Hi Winston, Hello Everyone,
We are Trenton and Tieton, two bonded brothers who cannot be separated and must be adopted together. We are both a year old and were surrendered by our owner. I am Trenton, the older, big brother who will speak on behalf of my younger brother and I. Don’t worry, I have Tieton’s permission to do so! True to our breed (Chihuahua) we are very ‘vocal’ and energetic and definitely like to have our say! The shelter staff says that my ‘bark is bigger than my bite!” We are so fortunate to be here until we are adopted. The wonderful shelter staff has given us a nice, roomy cage to share with double beds and lots of warm blankets and toys to play with. I am playful, exuberant, like to hide under the blankets and cuddle with my baby brother. My brother Tieton is the passive brother, playful, sweet and a little shy. We do absolutely everything together – play – sleep – eat – we really love each other! We are looking for a home that will welcome both of us. We would make wonderful companions and definitely keep the household interesting and FUN! We look forward to receiving a lot of response to our wish for a forever home. Thank you so much, Winston, we appreciate being in the spotlight this week! Love, T & T

WINSTON SAYS: Hello Trenton, Hello Tieton! I like that, “T & T” (sort of like TNT! – little dynamos!) So nice to hear from you. What a great photo of the both of you ---- two is definitely better than one when adopting! It’s unfortunate that you were surrendered by your owner but everything happens for a reason. Because of many different circumstances, people often have to relinquish their pets. It could be because of sickness, job change, a move to another city and so on. Readers, it’s extremely important to know that if you find yourself in a situation where you can no longer care for your pet, please call us. Bring your pet to us and we will give them the care and comfort they need until they are adopted. It’s a difficult decision to make, surrendering an animal, but in the long run, the animal’s best interests and health are what truly matters. I sincerely hope that anyone who reads this and is interested in adopting you, will understand that the bond you share is so important. I was also bonded with my brother when I was at the shelter many, many years ago, we were separated and it was quite difficult. Luckily, I found a wonderful home.

Good luck to you! I look forward to putting both of your names in my future “Adoption Updates.” Readers, please call or stop in to see these handsome fellows and see if they are a match for you.
