Assault, strangulation among recent state police arrests

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Herkimer, Oneida, Madison and Lewis counties:

• Wade D. Furner, 55, of North Brookfield, and Blake L. Furner, 24, of Earlville, were both charged in Brookfield on Jan. 25 with second-degree assault.

• Matthew S. Payne, 53, of Canastota, was charged in Lenox on Jan. 26 with second-degree strangulation, first-degree contempt and resisting arrest.

• David R. Bailey, 45, of Herkimer, was charged in Little Falls on Jan. 26 with driving while intoxicated and second-degree contempt. Bailey was also charged in Herkimer with fourth-degree mischief.

• Christine L. Cosimeno, 53, of Oriskany, was charged on Jan. 6 in Westmoreland with one count of second-degree grand larceny.

• Angela Y. Dygert, 42, of Kirkville, was charged in Verona on Jan. 25 with driving while intoxicated.

• Coby D. Masner, 26, of Clinton, was charged in Lenox on Jan. 24 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Valerie L. Micale, 36, of Clinton, was charged in Clinton on Jan. 23 with second-degree trespass.

• Eric S. Jackson, 35, of Jordanville, was charged in Columbia on Jan. 23 with driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Annalise K. Paddock, 23, of New Woodstock, was charged in Cazenovia on Jan. 23 with endangering the welfare of a child.

• Charles A. Azzarito, 34, of Utica, was charged in Schuyler on Jan. 21 with first-degree contempt.

• Joseph E. Benz, 33, of Boonville, was charged in Lowville on Jan. 22 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Spencer A. Soules, 29, of Waterville, was charged in Waterville on Jan. 20 with fourth-degree mischief.
