Assault, menacing among charges by Oneida police

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police have announced the following arrests:

• Robert S. Atkinson, 50, of Munnsville, was charged on Sept. 14 with third-degree menacing, third-degree possession of a weapon and consumption of alcohol in public. 

• Joseph M. Love, 28, of Oneida, was charged on Sept. 14 with third-degree assault, fourth-degree mischief and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. 

• Joshua J. Angle, 22, of Munnsville, was ticketed on Sept. 14 for petty larceny. 

• Douglas E. Pudney, 22, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Sept. 13 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and numerous vehicle and traffic violations.

• Hunter H. Whipple, 26, of Utica, was charged on Sept. 13 with second-degree menacing and third-degree possession of a weapon. 

• Daniel G. Bragg, 51, of Oneida, was charged on Sept. 13 with fourth-degree possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, second-degree harassment and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

• Larry L. Leggett II, 59, of Oneida, was ticketed on Sept. 11 for third-degree mischief.

• Robert W. Hartwell IV, 36, of Oneida, was ticketed on Sept. 11 for fourth-degree possession of stolen property. 

• Robert K. Davis, 45, of Oneida, was ticketed on Sept. 10 for fourth-degree mischief. 

• Shelby G. Babcock, 30, of Hamburg, was ticketed on Sept. 8 on two counts of trespass and fourth-degree mischief.
