WORCESTER, Mass. — Rachel Derocco, of New Hartford, has enrolled at the College of the Holy Cross, joining 821 other students from 33 states and 15 nations, according to a college announcement.

“These newly minted Crusaders have distinguished themselves through community service, leadership roles, and diverse participation in areas like the arts, music and athletics,” the announcement added. Fall classes will begin on Monday, Sept. 6.
