Air City Loft complex getting some finishing touches
ON THE OUTSIDE, LOOKING IN? — Workers put the finishing touches on window trim and siding at the Air City Lofts complex on the Griffiss Business and Technology Park last week as traffic moves along on Route 825 in the foreground. ROOF WORK — A construction worker is seen high above the ground on the roof of one of the Air City Loft buildings last week. The complex features some 84 units, with rents ranging from $1,200 to $2,100 per month for apartments varying in size from 830- to 1,460-square feet. Residential unit amenities are to include high-speed internet and television, a fitness center, bike storage, community lounges and roof terraces, covered parking and outdoor terraces. Tenants began moving into the apartments in November, city officials said.
