A plaque is revealed during a dedication ceremony for the Lotis Howland Track on Friday at the Todd and Jen Hutton Sports & Recreation Center at Utica University. The plaque, which was unveiled by Utica University President Laura Casamento and Director of Athletics and Physical Education Dave Fontaine, was dedicated in memory of Howland. The plaque says "he was a friend of Utica University who believed passionately that it was important to give back to the Utica community.
