NEW HARTFORD — Pauline A. Mack has been promoted to data warehouse architect in the Information Technology Systems Department at the Utica National Insurance Group.

This is the latest in a series of promotions Mack has earned since beginning her career with Utica National in 1990 as an assistant programmer. She was promoted to programmer in 1991, and named senior programmer two years later. She became a programmer analyst in 1997, and promoted to senior programmer analyst in 2000. In 2008, she was named senior data warehouse developer.

Mack earned a master’s degree in computer science and information science from SUNYIT in Marcy as well as a bachelor’s degree in computer science/mathematics from Utica College. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Certificate in General Insurance professional designations.

Mack resides in Whitesboro.
