EARLY BIRD — Doug Swarthout, seated, treasurer of the Capitol Theatre and one of the founders of Capitolfest, sells a weekend pass to Ned Pitcher of Rome. The theatre has sold 137 pre-sale tickets and has attendees from 14 states for this year’s event, a tribute to cinema star Warner Oland. Pitcher has attended all 10 Capitolfest weekends.
