NEW HARTFORD — Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. will offer "Grief 101" from 1-2:30 p.m. and 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at 4277 Middlesettlement Road.

The class is free and open to the public. Registration is required by calling Lisa B. Wolfe at 735-6487, ext. 214.

"Grief 101" is an educational opportunity for any adult experiencing grief. Normal grief reactions, theories related to grief and coping techniques will be presented via Power Point presentation by Lisa B. Wolfe, followed by a time for questions.
