ONEIDA — A 19-year-old man is accused of sexually abusing an underage girl in Madison County.

Police said Joshua Wojcik, of Lenox Avenue, had inappropriate sexual contact with a girl less than 14-years-old in Oneida. Wojcik was charged Monday with second-degree sex abuse.

He is scheduled to appear in City Court on July 13.
