John H. Fort of Port Ludow, WA — formerly of Prospect, NY passed away Monday, June 11th, 2012. He was born on October 12, 1940 in Albany, NY to John L. and Virginia K. Fort. He graduated from Holland Patent High School and the University of Rochester. After serving five years as an officer in the United States Navy, he had a long career in government service. He is survived by his wife, Martha, his sons, John Andrew, and Thomas F., five grandchildren, and his brother, Paul A. Fort, of Rome.
