A 15-year-old juvenile and two accomplices are accused of mugging a 23-year-old man on Sunset Avenue, Utica, Friday night.

Police said the man was walking to the store in the 1500 block at 7:55 p.m. when he was robbed by three black males. Police said they broke his cell phone and stole his wallet.

One of the three was located soon after at Lincoln Playground, and he was taken into custody. The 15-year-old’s identity was not released due to his age. Police said he will appear in Family Court on a charge of robbery.

Investigation is continuing.
