GETS DVM — Abby L. Regner, daughter of Roy and Chris Regner, 4967 Beacon Light Road, Verona, has graduated from Cornell University, Ithaca, with a doctorate of veterinary medicine degree, small animal and equine care; and from Chi Insitute of Florida, with a small animal and equine veterinary acupuncture certification. She is an associate veterinarian with the New Hartford Animal Hospital.
