TOWN OF TRENTON — A Rome woman was charged with drunken driving early this morning after law enforcers found her weaving across the double solid center lines on Mappa Avenue.

Remsen-based state police said Kimberly Foote, 25, was seen crossing back and forth over the lines in her vehicle while southbound on Mappa Avenue at 1:52 a.m. Troopers said Foote was then pulled over after she turned onto Route 12.

Foote is charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right, troopers said. She is scheduled to appear in Town Court on May 21.
