The Mohawk Valley Growers Association has introduced a new website for the benefit of area gardeners — www.mohawkvalleygrowers.org

The website provides information about and links to many of the area’s independent farmers and greenhouse operators.

The MVGA is an organization of central New York farmers and independent businesses created to promote gardening as well as educating ourselves and the community. The group includes farm markets, greenhouses, fruit growers, landscapers and more.

The MVGA meets bi-monthly "to further educate ourselves through invited speakers as well as sharing information amongst the group."
