The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has added Dan Lamb’s race for Congress in the 22nd District to its "Emerging Race" candidate program as he seeks to unseat first-term Republican Richard L. Hanna. Lamb is one 13 challengers added by the DCCC to its "Emerging Races" list in its battle to take back control of the House of Representatives. It needs a net gain of 25 seats to regain the majority.

"This is a great step for our campaign," said Lamb."

All of Oneida County is in the newly formed 22nd District.
