BOONVILLE — "All about Bluebirds, and More" will be presented by John Rogers (Mr. Bluebird) at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Dodge Pratt Northam Art and Community Center, 106 Schuyler St

The program will include the life history of the Eastern Bluebird, other birds that nest in bluebird boxes, nest box management, and more.

"With sounds and beautiful photographs, this program is of interest to anyone who appreciates nature," DPN officials said.

Rogers is the co-founder of the NYS Bluebird Society and has spent his life dedicated to the preservation of this threatened species.
