TOWN OF DENMARK — A break-in at the Deer River Quick Stop gas station in Lewis County is under investigation.

Sheriff’s deputies said the Quick Stop on Route 26 was broken into sometime overnight between Monday and Tuesday. The thieves forced their way into the business and stole cash from the register.

Anyone with information on the break-in is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 376-3511.
