Joel N. Fuller, of Rome, a senior majoring in social sciences and member of the Debate Society, will participate in Cazenovia College’s 12th annual Great Debate Wednesday, arguing in opposition of the resolution: the federal gasoline tax shall be raised to $1 a gallon.
