ONEIDA — A Sherrill man accused of making preparations to manufacture methamphetamine faces felony drug charges.

Harold Bonaventura Jr., 48, was charged with criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine, a class E felony, Oneida Police said. He will appear in City Court.

Further charges are pending, police said.
