Joshua L. Fountain, son of Randy A. Fountain of Barneveld and Donna L. Huss of White Road, Cheektowaga, has been promoted to technical sergeant in the Air Force. He also reenlisted on the same day.

Fountain is a recruiter assigned to the Air Force Recruiting Command at Potsdam. He has served in the military for 10 years.
