"Haunted Mohawk Valley" is a compilation of stories about buildings and places around the region, reputed to be sites of paranormal activity. The stories encompass the activities of Bernadette Peck’s research group, the Ghost Seekers of Central New York. Investigations of numerous locations are profiled including the Stanley Theater in Utica, the Rutger Park mansions, Hulbert House in Boonville, and Herkimer’s 1834 County Jail. Peck and Webster will discuss the paranormal investigative process and detail some of "the intriguing aspects" uncovered during their research.
The Oneida County Historical Society is a private 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational institution and is dedicated to preserving history and promoting the culture of the Greater Mohawk Valley.
