Andrea Fontana, daughter of Joseph and Barbara Stecknowitz Fontana, Greenview Drive, to Nicholas Paoni, son of John and JoAnn Paoni, of Ilion.

Miss Fontana, a graduate of College of Saint Rose and SUNY Albany, is employed as an instructional computing specialist at the Mohawk Regional Information Center in Verona. Her fiance, a graduate of Mohawk Valley Community College, works as a sales executive for Computer Connection of CNY, Inc., in Utica.

An Aug. 31, 2012 wedding is planned.
