NEW HARTFORD — Introduction to Database Management Systems will be presented by Dr. Gerard Thomas Capraro at the Tuesday, April 3 Mohawk Valley PC User Group Meeting. The free, public event is at 6 p.m. in the New Hartford Library.

Dr Capraro is president of Capraro Technologies Inc. and on Syracuse University faculty.
